The Guest Check Program is a time sensitive Verification of whether or not Guest Expectations have been met by eliciting the Former Guest's Satisfaction, as related to Internal Assessment Criteria.

The participating Property/Operation provides us with Prior Guest History, which remains confidential and private. With this data, we survey, at random, former Guests' opinions, providing Management with a full, Quantitative Report, detailing whether what was Promised or Expected, actually was Delivered to the Guest. With a Positive Response, Management may use the Guest Check as an appropriate Symbol for their Marketing Efforts. A base fee is established for a one time annual use; multiple use of the Guest Check allows for further discounts. This Program allows you to turn your current patrons into valued "Secret Shoppers" and create an on-going valuable relationship.
