HRP – HOSPITALITY REVIEW PROGRAM

Under the banner of our recognized inspection process, this comprehensive Hospitality Review evaluates every aspect of a Destination Area's "pulse", attitude, infrastructure and delivery of product and service, which could impact the VISITOR EXPERIENCE.

For the Physical Property, we evaluate the Appearance and the Condition of Exteriors/Interiors, specifically addressing Cleanliness, Housekeeping, Wear, Security, Safety, Comfort and Scale. For the Guest Contact Situations, we consider Appearance and Attire, Attitude, Promptness and Response, as well as overall Performance. As to Delivery of Product/Service, we look at the suitability of the Layout and Amenities, the Quality, Choice, and Presentation of the Product, and, most importantly, whether or not the Value supports the Price.

Typically, the Hospitality Review Program is utilized by Organizations (CVB's, Chambers, Associations), which desire to ensure that their Stakeholders represent consistent and predictable Hospitality standards.

THE PROCESS

Normally, there is a Planning Meeting with the Client to discuss the Specifics of the Program, any special Requirements, and to determine how the Program will be Introduced to the Designated Audience. A potential Schedule is determined and a Client Contact Person established as Liaison between the Assessment Team and the participating Properties. The Participants are usually given a definite Time Period when the Assessments shall occur.

A detailed Executive Summary is presented to the Destination Leadership, reflecting what a typical Visitor might experience. The Review will emphasize recommendations to improve the Brand.

The Review Process can be completed with anonymous businesses and services or with volunteer particpants, who will receive the specific results of the assessment.

Many Clients usually have created some type of Recognition Program, where Properties/Businesses, achieving a successful Assessment, receive a Plaque, a Letter or "Sticker" for Local Use. Additionally, the HRP Seal can be used for Marketing, in Print or on the Internet.
